ENGLAND, Feb. 14, 2017 (AMP) — League One / Match day 32: After losing 0-1 to Sheffield United on February 11, Posh bounced back with a 2-1 victory over Shrewsbury Town this Tuesday.
Shrewsbury Town had started off well by taking the lead in the 31st minute with a goal by Humphrys Stephen on penalty. Trailing 1-0 at half time, Posh nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring twice in the second period (Tafazolli Ryan '71 and Ball Dominic '78).
Peterborough United FC climbed to 8th place with 47 points from 31 games, 2 points behind Southend United FC.
