ENGLAND, Sep. 2, 2017 (AMP) — League One / Match day 5: After their 1-1 draw against Portsmouth on August 26 and 3-3 draw against Bradford City on August 26, the Saddlers returned to winning ways with a 2-1 victory over Plymouth Argyle this Saturday.

Walsall dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Agyeil Dan in the 23rd minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Saddlers further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Oztumer Erhun with just 9 minutes remaining in regulation time.

Walsall FC climbed to 10th place with 8 points from 5 games, tie on points with Oxford United FC.
