ENGLAND, Feb. 14, 2015 (AMP) — League Two / Match day 31: Two wins in a row for Shrewsbury Town. After their 1-2 win against Carlisle United on February 10, Salop continued their sensational form in the League Two with a 2-0 victory over AFC Wimbledon this Saturday.
Shrewsbury Town dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Lawrence in the 45th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, Salop further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Vernon in the 49th minute.
Shrewsbury Town FC remains in first place with 61 points from 31 games, tie on points with runner-up Burton Albion FC.
