League Two (Week 5) : Morecambe defeats Notts 4-1
ENGLAND, Aug. 29, 2015 (AMP) — League Two / Match day 5: After their 3-3 draw against Portsmouth on August 22, the Shrimps returned to winning ways with a 4-1 victory over Notts County this Saturday.
Goodall Alan opened the score in the 20th minute, before seeing Notts County catch up in the 41st minute thanks to Snijders Genaro. 1-1 at half time. The Shrimps eventually won the game in the second period with three more goals by Mullin Paul ('65), Kenyon Alex ('88) and Devitt Jamie ('90).
Morecambe FC climbed to 10th place with 7 points from 5 games, only one point behind Cambridge United FC.
