League Two (Week 11) : Mansfield beats Dag & Red 4-3
ENGLAND, Oct. 3, 2015 (AMP) — League Two / Match day 11: Two wins in a row for Mansfield Town. After their 0-2 win against Stevenage on September 29, the Stags continued their sensational form in the League Two with a 4-3 victory over Dagenham & Redbridge this Saturday.
Dagenham & Redbridge had started off well by taking the lead thanks to goals by Mcclure Matt ('9) and Chambers Ashley ('30, '32), while Mansfield only scored twice Benning Malvind ('6) and Green Matt ('37 on penalty). Trailing 3-2 at half time, the Stags nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring twice in the second period (Pearce Krystian '81 and Yussuf Adi '85).
Mansfield Town FC climbed to 6th place with 19 points from 11 games, only one point behind Oxford United FC.
