League Two (Week 16) : Bristol Rovers beats Cambridge United 2-1
ENGLAND, Oct. 30, 2015 (AMP) — League Two / Match day 16: After losing 1-4 to Newport County on October 24, the Pirates bounced back with a 2-1 victory over Cambridge United this Friday.
Cambridge United had started off well by taking the lead in the 33rd minute with a goal by Corr Barry. Trailing 1-0 at half time, the Pirates nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring twice in the second period (Harrison Ellis '66 and Taylor Matty '82).
Bristol Rovers FC climbed to 9th place with 23 points from 15 games, tie on points with Morecambe FC.
