ENGLAND, Oct. 1, 2016 (AMP) — League Two / Match day 11: After three straigth draws, the Pools returned to winning ways with a 3-0 victory over Grimsby Town this Saturday.
Amond Padraig scored dual goals
Hartlepool United dominated the first half thanks to goals from Amond Padraig ('25, '36). Leading 2-0 at the break, the Pools further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Thomas Nathan in the 60th minute.
Grimsby Town FC are down in 9th place with 16 points from 11 games, one point behind Crewe Alexandra FC.
