League Two (Week 15) : Doncaster hold Wycombe Wanderers to 2-2
ENGLAND, Oct. 29, 2016 (AMP) — League Two / Match day 15: Doncaster Rovers was held to a 2-2 draw by Wycombe Wanderers on Saturday.
Doncaster Rovers players started off well by taking the lead thanks to goals by Rowe Tommy ('29) and Marquis John ('40) while Wycombe Wanderers only scored once Bloomfield Matt ('19). However, even though they were leading 2-1 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Wycombe Wanderers with a saving goal from Bloomfield Matt in the 78th minute.
Doncaster Rovers FC remains in third place with 27 points from 15 games, 4 points behind Carlisle United FC.
