League Two (Week 27) : Doncaster beats Crewe 3-1
ENGLAND, Jan. 21, 2017 (AMP) — League Two / Match day 27: Four wins in a row for Doncaster Rovers. After their success against Stevenage, Portsmouth and Barnet, Rovers continued their sensational form in the League Two with a 3-1 victory over Crewe Alexandra this Saturday.
Grant Conor opened the score in the 22nd minute, before seeing Crewe Alexandra catch up in the 32nd minute thanks to Jones James. 1-1 at half time. Rovers eventually won the game in the second period with two more goals by Marquis John ('56) and Rowe Tommy ('68).
Doncaster Rovers FC remains in first place with 58 points from 27 games, a 4-point lead over runner-up Plymouth Argyle FC, which has a game in hand.
