ENGLAND, Apr. 17, 2017 (AMP) — League Two / Match day 43: After their 1-1 draw against Portsmouth on April 14, the Pilgrims bounced back with a 6-1 victory over Newport County this Monday.
Kennedy Matthew and Jervis Jake scored dual goals
Plymouth Argyle dominated the first half thanks to goals from Kennedy Matthew ('39) and Jervis Jake ('42). Leading 2-0 at the break, the Pilgrims further widened their lead in the second period by scoring four times (Carey Graham '52, Taylor Ryan '58, Kennedy Matthew '65 and Jervis Jake '73).
