League Two (Week 3) : Stevenage beats Grimsby 3-1
ENGLAND, Aug. 19, 2017 (AMP) — League Two / Match day 3: After their 3-3 draw against Newport County on August 12 and 1-1 draw against Colchester United on August 12, Boro' bounced back with a 3-1 victory over Grimsby Town this Saturday.
Stevenage dominated the first half thanks to goals from Newton Danny ('37) and Smith Jonathan ('45). Leading 2-0 at the break, Boro' further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Kennedy Ben in the 65th minute.
Stevenage FC climbed to 8th place with 5 points from 3 games, only one point behind Notts County FC.
