ENGLAND, Nov. 25, 2017 (AMP) — League Two / Match day 20: After a 1-0 victory over Wycombe Wanderers on November 21, Stanley lost 2-0 against Exeter City.
Exeter City dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Boateng Hiram in the 45th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Grecians further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Sweeney Pierce on penalty with just 4 minutes remaining in regulation time.
Accrington Stanley FC remains in third place with 37 points from 20 games, 4 points behind Notts County FC.
