Ligue 1 (Week 1) : Monaco defeats Nice 2-1
FRANCE, Aug. 8, 2015 (AMP) — Ligue 1: AS Monaco won their first game of season against OGC Nice.
Nice had started off well by taking the lead in the 8th minute with a goal by forward Valère Germain. Trailing 1-0 at half time, Monaco players nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring twice in the second period (Silva '51 and Kurzawa '62).
