Ligue 2 (Week 1) : Brest beats Clermont 2-1
FRANCE, Aug. 4, 2014 (AMP) — Ligue 2: Stade Brest won their first game of season against Clermont Foot.
Clermont had started off well by taking the lead in the 8th minute with a goal by Burkinabé forward Souleymane Sawadogo. Trailing 1-0 at half time, Brest players nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring twice in the second period (Grougi '51 on penalty and Alphonse '67).
