FRANCE, Sep. 12, 2014 (AMP) — Ligue 2 / Match day 6: Orleans was held to a 1-1 draw by Laval on Friday.
Laval players started off well by taking the lead thanks to Malian forward Mamadou Diallo in the 4th minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Orleans with a saving goal from Orleans forward Robert Maah in the 89th minute.
US Orleans are down in fourth place with 11 points from 6 games, tie on points with Angers SCO.
