Ligue 2 (Week 25) : Niort beats Valenciennes 3-1
FRANCE, Feb. 20, 2015 (AMP) — Ligue 2 / Match day 25: After their 1-1 draw against Clermont on February 13 and 1-1 draw against Dijon on February 13, “Les Chamois” returned to winning ways with a 3-1 victory over Valenciennes this Friday.
Seydou Koné scored dual goals
Niort dominated the first half thanks to goals from Koné ('13) and Malcuit ('42). Leading 2-0 at the break, “Les Chamois” further widened their lead in the second period with another goal by Koné in the 51st minute.
Chamois Niortais FC remains in 16th place with 28 points from 25 games, tie on points with Clermont Foot.
