Ligue 2 : GFC Ajaccio finish second after losing to Valenciennes
FRANCE, May. 22, 2015 (AMP) — Ligue 2 / Match day 38: After a 3-2 victory over Niort on May 15, Le Gaz lost 2-1 against Valenciennes.
GFC Ajaccio had started off well by taking the lead in the 30th minute with a goal by forward Kevin Mayi. Trailing 1-0 at half time, the Athenians nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring twice in the second period (Slidja '48 and Mbenza '57).
