FRANCE, Jul. 29, 2016 (AMP) — Ligue 2: Valenciennes FC won their first game of season against Clermont Foot.
Valenciennes dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Senegalese forward Ndao Mouhamadou in the 5th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Athenians further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Da Costa Nuno in the 50th minute.
