FRANCE, Apr. 28, 2017 (AMP) — Ligue 2 / Match day 35: After their 1-1 draw against Nimes on April 21, Reims returned to winning ways with a 3-0 victory over Niort this Friday.
Da Cruz Danilson scored dual goals
Reims dominated the first half thanks to goals from Chavarria ('12 on penalty) and Da Cruz Danilson ('39). Leading 2-0 at the break, Reims players further widened their lead in the second period with another goal by Da Cruz Danilson in the 49th minute.
Reims climbed to 6th place with 55 points from 35 games, tie on points with Lens, which has a game in hand.
