MLS : New York City hold Toronto to 2-2

UNITED STATES, Mar. 13, 2016 (AMP) — MLS: The match between New York City and Toronto FC ended in a 2-2 draw on Sunday.

New York City players started off well by taking the lead thanks to goals by Villa David ('24 on penalty, '28) while Toronto FC only scored once Perquis Damien ('45). However, even though they were leading 2-1 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Toronto FC with a saving goal from Giovinco Sebastian in the 76th minute.

Toronto FC climbed to fifth place with 4 points from 2 games, tie on points with Houston Dynamo.
