MLS : Colorado hold New York City to 1-1
UNITED STATES, Sep. 16, 2017 (AMP) — MLS: New York City was held to a 1-1 draw by the Colorado Rapids on Saturday.
New York City players started off well by taking the lead thanks to Mcnamara Thomas in the 19th minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by the Colorado Rapids with a saving goal from Badji Dominique in the 88th minute.
New York City FC remains in second place with 51 points from 29 games, 11 points behind Toronto FC.
