BRISBANE, Sep. 30, 1998 (AMP) — Australia 1998 : Tahiti defeated Vanuatu by a big score of 5-1 (halftime: 2-0), in a OFC Nations Cup group stage game on Wednesday at the Suncorp Stadium in Brisbane. Tahiti advance to the Semifinals. Vanuatu is eliminated.
