ENGLAND, Sep. 14, 2015 (AMP) — Premier League / Match day 5: Two wins in a row for West Ham. After their 0-3 win against Liverpool on August 29, the Hammers continued their sensational form in the Premier League with a 2-0 victory over Newcastle this Monday.
Dimitri Payet scored dual goals
West Ham dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by French forward Dimitri Payet in the 9th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Hammers further widened their lead in the second period with another goal by Payet in the 48th minute.
West Ham United climbed to fifth place with 9 points from 5 games, only one point behind Arsenal.
