Premier League (Week 10) : Arsenal beats Sunderland 4-1
ENGLAND, Oct. 29, 2016 (AMP) — Premier League / Match day 10: After their 0-0 draw against Middlesbrough on October 22, the Gunners bounced back with a 4-1 victory over Sunderland this Saturday.
Alexis Sánchez and Olivier Giroud scored dual goals
Arsenal dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Chilian forward Alexis Sánchez in the 19th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Gunners further widened their lead in the second period by scoring three times (Giroud '71, '76 and Sánchez '78).
Arsenal climbed to first place with 23 points from 10 games, a 3-point lead over runner-up Manchester City FC, which has a game in hand.
