Premier League (Week 22) : Stoke City and Man Utd play to a 1-1 draw
ENGLAND, Jan. 21, 2017 (AMP) — Premier League / Match day 22: The match between Stoke City and Manchester United ended in a 1-1 draw on Saturday.
Stoke City players started off well by taking the lead thanks to Spanish midfielder Juan Mata into his own net in the 19th minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Manchester United with a saving goal from Manchester United forward Wayne Rooney in the 90th minute.
Manchester United FC remains in 6th place with 41 points from 22 games, one point behind Manchester City FC, which has a game in hand.
