Premier League (Week 28) : Liverpool beats Burnley 2-1

ENGLAND, Mar. 12, 2017 (AMP) — Premier League / Match day 28: Two wins in a row for Liverpool. After their 3-1 win against Arsenal on March 4, the Reds continued their sensational form in the Premier League with a 2-1 victory over Burnley this Sunday.

Burnley forward Ashley Barnes opened the score in the 7th minute, before seeing Liverpool catch up in the 45th minute thanks to Wijnaldum Georginio. 1-1 at half time. The Reds eventually won the game in the second period with with a goal by Can in the 61st minute.

Liverpool remains in fourth place with 55 points from 28 games, one point behind Manchester City FC, which has a game in hand.
