Premier League (Week 21) : Liverpool beats Leicester 2-1

ENGLAND, Dec. 30, 2017 (AMP) — Premier League / Match day 21: Two wins in a row for Liverpool. After their 5-0 win against Swansea on December 26, the Reds continued their sensational form in the Premier League with a 2-1 victory over Leicester this Saturday.

Mohamed Salah scored dual goals

Leicester had started off well by taking the lead in the 3rd minute with a goal by forward Jamie Vardy. Trailing 1-0 at half time, the Reds nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring twice in the second period (Salah '52, '76).

Liverpool remains in fourth place with 41 points from 21 games, 2 points behind Manchester United FC, which has a game in hand.
