Premier League (Week 28) : Liverpool defeats West Ham 4-1

ENGLAND, Feb. 24, 2018 (AMP) — Premier League / Match day 28: Two wins in a row for Liverpool. After their 0-2 win against Southampton on February 11, the Reds continued their sensational form in the Premier League with a 4-1 victory over West Ham this Saturday.

Liverpool dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by German midfielder Emre Can in the 29th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Reds further widened their lead in the second period by scoring three times (Salah '51, Firmino Roberto '57 and Mane Sadio '77).

Liverpool climbed to second place with 57 points from 28 games, 15 points behind Manchester City FC, which has a game in hand.
