PORTUGAL, Sep. 20, 2015 (AMP) — Primeira Liga / Match day 5: After losing 4-0 to Braga on September 14 and 0-1 to Paços de Ferreira on September 14, the Panthers bounced back with a 2-0 victory over Académica Coimbra this Sunday.
Boavista dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by forward Zé Manuel in the 1st minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Panthers further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Correia with just 3 minutes remaining in regulation time.
Boavista FC climbed to 8th place with 7 points from 5 games, only one point behind FC Paços de Ferreira.
