Segunda division (Week 1) : Leganés hold Alavés to 1-1
SPAIN, Aug. 24, 2014 (AMP) — Segunda division: Leganés and Alavés opened the 2014-2015 season with an entertaining 1-1 draw on Sunday.
Leganés players started off well by taking the lead thanks to Alberto in the 8th minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Alavés with a saving goal from Barreiro in the 70th minute.
