Segunda division (Week 36) : Valladolid defeats Leganés 2-0
SPAIN, May. 3, 2015 (AMP) — Segunda division / Match day 36: After their 0-0 draw against Sabadell on April 26 and 1-1 draw against Las Palmas on April 26, Los Pucelanos returned to winning ways with a 2-0 victory over Leganés this Sunday.
Valladolid dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Rubio in the 39th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, Los Pucelanos further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Roger on penalty in the 64th minute.
Real Valladolid remains in fifth place with 62 points from 36 games, one point behind UD Las Palmas.
