Segunda division (Week 37) : Girona beats Barcelona B 4-2
SPAIN, May. 9, 2015 (AMP) — Segunda division / Match day 37: Four wins in a row for Girona. After their success against Leganés, Recreativo and Osasuna, the Blanquivermells continued their sensational form in the Segunda division with a 4-2 victory over Barcelona B this Saturday.
Sandro opened the score in the 6th minute, before seeing Girona catch up in the 43rd minute thanks to Mata. 1-1 at half time. The Blanquivermells eventually won the game in the second period with three more goals by Eloy ('47), Sandaza ('54) and Miguel ('90).
Girona FC remains in second place with 71 points from 37 games, one point behind Real Betis, which has a game in hand.
