Segunda division (Week 1) : Gimnastic hold Lugo to 2-2
SPAIN, Aug. 21, 2016 (AMP) — Segunda division: Gimnastic de Tarragona and Lugo opened the 2016-2017 season with an entertaining 2-2 draw on Sunday.
Lugo players started off well by taking the lead thanks to goals by Pedraza Alfonso ('21) and Joselu Jose Luis ('37 on penalty). However, even though they were leading 2-0 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Gimnastic de Tarragona with goals by Uche Ikechukwu ('66 on penalty) and Lopez Alex ('90).
