ITALY, Sep. 13, 2015 (AMP) — Serie A / Match day 3: The match between Empoli and Napoli ended in a 2-2 draw on Sunday.
Empoli players started off well by taking the lead thanks to goals by Saponara ('3) and Pucciarelli ('17) while Napoli only scored once Insigne ('7). However, even though they were leading 2-1 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Napoli with a saving goal from Brazilian midfielder Allan in the 50th minute.
Napoli remains in 14th place with 2 points from 3 games, one point behind Lazio, which has a game in hand.
