Serie A (Week 14) : Cagliari defeats Udinese 2-1
ITALY, Nov. 27, 2016 (AMP) — Serie A / Match day 14: After losing 5-1 to Torino on November 19 and 1-0 to Chievo on November 19, the Rossoblu bounced back with a 2-1 victory over Udinese this Sunday.
Cagliari dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Brazilian forward Farias Diego in the 35th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Rossoblu further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Sau Marco in the 58th minute.
Cagliari climbed to 11st place with 19 points from 14 games, tie on points with UC Sampdoria.
