Serie B (Week 12) : Crotone beats Perugia 2-1
ITALY, Nov. 1, 2014 (AMP) — Serie B / Match day 12: After losing 2-1 to Brescia on October 28, the Pitagorici returned to winning ways with a 2-1 victory over Perugia this Saturday.
Perugia had started off well by taking the lead in the 45th minute with an own goal by Gigli. Trailing 1-0 at half time, the Pitagorici nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring twice in the second period (Torregrossa '59 and De Giorgio '83 on penalty).
AC Perugia are down in 10th place with 17 points from 12 games, tie on points with FC Pro Vercelli 1892.
