ITALY, Sep. 22, 2015 (AMP) — Serie B / Match day 4: Two wins in a row for Cesena. After their 1-3 win against Ascoli on September 19, the Cavallucci Marini continued their sensational form in the Serie B with a 2-0 victory over Modena this Tuesday.
Cesena dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Perico Gabriele in the 17th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Cavallucci Marini further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Cascione Emmanuel in the 69th minute.
AC Cesena remains in third place with 9 points from 4 games, one point behind Cagliari.
