Serie B (Week 17) : Novara beats Perugia 4-1
ITALY, Dec. 8, 2015 (AMP) — Serie B / Match day 17: Four wins in a row for Novara. After their success against Spezia, Livorno and Virtus Lanciano, the Biancoazzurri continued their sensational form in the Serie B with a 4-1 victory over Perugia this Tuesday.
Novara dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Corazza Simone in the 16th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Biancoazzurri further widened their lead in the second period by scoring three times (Evacuo Felice '61, Farago Pancrazio '74 and Galabinov Andrey '85).
Novara Calcio climbed to third place with 33 points from 17 games, tie on points with Cagliari, which has a game in hand.
