Serie B (Week 13) : Pescara draw 2-2 with Palermo
ITALY, Nov. 3, 2017 (AMP) — Serie B / Match day 13: Palermo was held to a 2-2 draw by Pescara on Friday.
Palermo players started off well by taking the lead thanks to goals by Chochev Ivaylo ('15) and Nestorovski Ilija ('33) while Pescara only scored once Capone Christian ('10). However, even though they were leading 2-1 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Pescara with a saving goal from Brugman Gaston in the 46th minute.
Palermo remains in first place with 22 points from 13 games, a 2-point lead over runner-up Empoli FC, which has a game in hand.
