Serie B (Week 17) : Cittadella beats Foggia 3-1
ITALY, Dec. 2, 2017 (AMP) — Serie B / Match day 17: Three wins in a row for Cittadella. After their success against Palermo and Salernitana, Citta continued their sensational form in the Serie B with a 3-1 victory over Foggia this Saturday.
Cittadella dominated the first half thanks to goals from Schenetti Andrea ('29) and Litteri Gianluca ('39). Leading 2-1 at the break, Citta further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Kouame Cristian in the 61st minute.
AS Cittadella climbed to fourth place with 27 points from 17 games, only one point behind Palermo, which has a game in hand.
