BRUSSELS, Nov. 29, 1961 (AMP) — Chile 62 (European Qualifiers) : Czechoslovakia defeated Scotland 4-2 after extra time, in the first leg of a qualifying game on Wednesday. Czechoslovakia, who won the first leg (4-2), secured their ticket to the World Cup finals. Scotland is eliminated.
