LUXEMBOURG, Sep. 19, 1965 (AMP) — England 66 (European Qualifiers) : Yugoslavia defeated Luxembourg by a score of 5-2 (halftime: 4-1), in a qualifying game for the 1966 FIFA World Cup on Sunday.

The result put the Yugoslav second in Group 3 with 6 points. Luxembourg is bottom with no points. In their next game, Yugoslavia will meet third-placed France on October 9, while Luxembourg will face France.
