KHARTOUM, Nov. 8, 1968 (AMP) — Mexico 70 (African Qualifiers) : Sudan defeated Zambia on penalties 3-1, after the match ended 1-1 in regulation time, in the second leg of a qualifying game on Friday. Sudan, who lost the first leg (2-4), advance to the next round of the ongoing FIFA World Cup. Zambia is eliminated.
