MARSEILLE, Dec. 3, 1969 (AMP) — Mexico 70 (European Qualifiers) : Czechoslovakia defeated Hungary by a score of 4-1 (halftime: 1-0), in the first leg of a qualifying game on Wednesday. Czechoslovakia, who won the first leg (4-1), secured their ticket to the World Cup finals. Hungary is eliminated.
