LUSAKA, Nov. 30, 1980 (AMP) — Spain 82 (African Qualifiers) : Morocco defeated Zambia on penalties 5-4, after the match ended 0-2 in regulation time, in the second leg of a qualifying game on Sunday. Morocco, who won the first leg (2-0), advance to the next round of the ongoing FIFA World Cup. Zambia is eliminated.
