HONG KONG, May. 22, 1989 (AMP) — Italy 90 (Asian Qualifiers) : Hong Kong tied 0-0 with Japan, in a qualifying game for the 1990 FIFA World Cup on Monday.
The result left all four teams in Group 6 (Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan and North Korea), tied with one point. In their next game, Japan will meet group leaders Indonesia on May 28, while Hong Kong will face North Korea.
