YOKOHAMA, Jun. 30, 2002 (AMP) — Korea Japan 2002 : Brazil claimed a fifth FIFA World Cup crown with a 2-0 win against Germany (halftime: 0-0) in the final on Sunday night at the International Stadium Yokohama.
Ronaldo scored dual goals
Both teams held off against each other during the first 45 minutes of the game. 0-0 at half time. Everything was decided in the second period with two goals by Brazilian forward Ronaldo at '67 and '79.
