DAMMAM, Feb. 8, 2001 (AMP) — Korea Japan 2002 (Asian Qualifiers) : Saudi Arabia defeated Mongolia by a big score of 6-0 (halftime: 4-0), in a qualifying game for the 2002 FIFA World Cup on Thursday night.
The result put the Saudi top of Group 10 with 3 points. In their next game, Saudi Arabia will meet second-placed Bangladesh on February 10, while Mongolia will face Vietnam.
