Jun. 6, 2004 (AMP) — Germany 2006 (South American Qualifiers) : Chile tied 1-1 with Brazil (halftime: 0-1), in a qualifying game for the 2006 FIFA World Cup (Qualifying Tournament) on Sunday.

The result put the Brazilians top of the group with 13 points. Chile is third with 11 points. In their next game, Brazil will meet Bolivia on September 5, while Chile will face Colombia.
