Jun. 4, 2005 (AMP) — Germany 2006 (South American Qualifiers) : Colombia defeated Peru by a big score of 5-0 (halftime: 1-0), in a qualifying game for the 2006 FIFA World Cup (Qualifying Tournament) on Saturday.
The result put the Colombians 5th in the group with 17 points. Peru is 9th with 14 points. In their next game, Colombia will meet third-placed Ecuador on June 8, while Peru will face Uruguay.
